Theo tờ Nikkei, Apple và Intel sẽ là hai đối tác đầu tiên áp dụng công nghệ sản xuất chip thế hệ tiếp theo của TSMC.
Apple và Intel đang thử nghiệm thiết kế chip dựa trên công nghệ sản xuất chip 3nm của TSMC. Tờ Nikkei Asia cho biết, các dòng chip 3nm mới sẽ bắt đầu sản xuất vào năm tới và sản lượng thương mại chip 3nm sẽ tăng vào nửa cuối năm 2022.
