(Clemson Lacrosse Complex) Saturday, March 30, 2024 • 12:00 p.m. Twitter • Instagram • Facebook Game Preview CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson Tigers (7-4, 1-4 ACC) return to ACC play Saturday as they host the Virginia Tech Hokies (8-4, 2-3 ACC) on Saturday, March 30 at 12:00 p.m. in this year’s designated Pink Game to raise awareness for Breast Cancer. The game will be streamed live on ACCNX and live stats will be available here. Last season, Clemson defeated Virginia Tech 16-12 on the road. Hanna Hilcoff led the Tigers to their victory with a season high of six goals. Clemson pulled away with the lead in the fourth quarter after being tied 12-12 with 8:44 minutes left to play in the game.  The Tigers enter Saturday’s game in the top 10 in several statistical categories, including No. 2 in clearing percentage, No. 4 attendance, No. 6 shots on goal per game, No. 8 scoring offense, and No. 9 in draw controls

Tigers Finish First Day of Texas Relays

AUSTIN, Texas - The Clemson Tigers finished up the first day of Texas Relays in Austin as multiple athletes recorded top 15 finishes and all Tigers that competed finishes within the top 25 in their respective events. Shining on the day was Marie Forbes as she secured fifth-place overall in the women's hammer throw with a mark of 62.70m. On the men's side, Matt Auble threw a new personal best of 56.52 in the men's hammer throw. The mark is currently ranked No. 7 all-time on Clemson's all-time list. Theron Bradford ran 53.67 in the men's 400 meter hurdles, marking a new personal best for the senior which helped him secure a 10th place overall finish. The Tigers are back in action tomorrow, March 29 as they are set to compete in the second day of Texas Relays. The meet will start at 9 a.m. CT with the men's discus throw. WTEN: Tigers Defeat Louisville, 4-3, In Second ACC Conference Win

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson Women’s Tennis team (11-8, 2-6 ACC) defeated Louisville (4-13, 0-8 ACC) 4-1 on Thursday, March 28th. This marks the Tigers' second ACC-conference win. “What a great team win for these Tigers,” Head Coach Boomer Saia said. “The conditions today were tough, with the wind and the loss of the doubles point. Louisville had a lot of momentum, and I commend our players for finding ways to get four points on the board. The match is slated for 1 p.m. and will be streamed on TrackTennis. The Tigers are coming off a recent a recent doubleheader sweep over Boston College and the College of Charleston. Clemson secured their first conference-play win over the Eagles and will look to record another ACC-win over Miami. The Hurricanes enter the match with two recent conference losses to Virginia and Virginia Tech. Following the match against Miami, the Tigers will host Florida State on Saturday, March 30 as the match will be part of the first-ever Tiger Tennis Fest which will include food, games, prizes and more.
