ABU DHABI, 25th March, 2023 (WAM) President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan awarded Fernando Igreja, former Ambassador of Brazil to the UAE, the Medal of Independence of the First Order in recognition of his efforts to strengthen relations between the two countries in all fields.Saleh Ahmed Al Suwaidi, UAE Ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil, presented the medal to Igreja during a reception held in his honour. Igreja is currently serving as the Chief of Protocol at the Brazilian Presidential.
