Cork County Council has purchased the building formerly known as Annie’s Restaurant in Fermoy as part of the Fermoy Town Centre RRDF Category 2 project.
€200,000 has been drawn down from an overall fund of €1.54 million and an expected completion date of Quarter 4, 2024, has been announced for the Fermoy Town Centre Renewal Project by the Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys.
