there were tense moments last night just after 10:00 p.m. when protesters turned violent. they started throwing frozen water bottles all at police officers. authorities quickly jumped on the people who were violent there, they broke you have the crowd. listen to one protesters explaining why she wanted to be on the streets of ferguson last night. why are you back here a year later. we want to see police reform and court reform. reporter: protesters flood on to i70 which is nearby during rush hour traffic. they set up barricade and brought traffic to a standstill. 60 people were arrested because of that. and 64 people were arrested will protesting near a courthouse.
