Qatar s residential units stock for Q1 hits 304,715
DOHA, 11 hours, 37 minutes ago Qatar s residential units stock for the first three months of the year stood at 304,715, with the addition of 1,700 apartments and villas during the period, according to UAE-based consulting firm ValuStrat. Some 6,300 units are currently in the pipeline for the remaining quarters of 2021, it stated. The median transacted ticket size for residential houses was QR2.7mn, increased by 3.4% quarterly and 6.8% annually, added the report. According to ValuStrat, the apartment supply consisted of 1,650 units coming from project handovers in Lusail (Fox Hills and Marina District), The Pearl, Al Dafna, Mirqab Al Jadeed and Fereej Abdul Aziz.

This year, QRCS’s medical professionals, volunteers, and relief workers were honoured in the QND parade, in the presence of H H the Amir and top public figures.

Being invited for the first time, QRCS’s personnel were recognized for their heroic achievements in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic, as well as their dedicated contributions to the efforts to protect the country against risks.
At the same time, QRCS’s Medical Affairs Division’s Medical Emergency Services (EMS) were mobilized to medically cover the public at the venues of celebration. All over QND, QRCS deployed 92 medical staff, 10 drivers, 4 supportive staff, 33 ambulance vehicles, 1 emergency vehicle, 1 4×4 type ambulance, 2 official vehicles, 1 jet ski, and 1 motorbike.
