Evolution of boards: How boardrooms have changed in more than a decade in size, gender diversity, compensation
Synopsis
Women representation on corporate boards has gone up from 4.6% in 2006-07 to 14% in 2019. But this is largely driven by compliance. Even then, Amit Tandon, founder, Institutional Investor Advisory Services, says it’s a progress India must take cognizance of.
