Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office filed three felony counts on Tuesday against Adam Zaragoza-Mujica who was involved in an early Friday morning shooting at Sandbar on State Street.
Update (9:41 p.m.) Shortly after the incident below in Moorhead, the Fargo Police Department was dispatched to an incident involving the suspect, now identified as 24-year-old Chance Thibert. During their call for service, Thibert was taken into custody and is being transported to the Cass County Jail. The Moorhead Police Department will be requesting the Clay County
Chance Thibert, the alleged suspect, was an acquaintance of the victim and had left the scene prior to the arrival of first responders, but was later apprehended by Fargo police.
