Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, counsel for the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has petitioned Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State over alleged plots by gangs and non-state actors sponsored by millionaire businessman, Emeka Offor to assassinate him. Ejiofor also petitioned the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun and the Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Yusuf Magaji Bichi, to intervene in the issue and stop the alleged assassination plot.
