FORT MYERS Digital marketing firm Vectra Digital named Albert Arguelles CEO, replacing co-founder and former CEO Matt Bernhardt.
Bernhardt will remain with the marketing and web design agency, but will be “stepping back to allow Arguelles to bring Bernhardt s vision for Vectra to life,” according to a statement. The move comes two weeks after a Vectra Digital sister company, Stickboy, which focuses on custom software, apps and managed IT services, also named a new CEO, Felix Lluberes. Bernhardt was previously CEO of Stickboy as well, a company he founded in 2007.
Arguelles, meanwhile, co-founded website design and digital marketing agency iPartnerMedia in 2012 a firm Vectra Digital acquired in early 2020. A former paratrooper and U.S. Army Combat Engineer, Arguelles was a Business Observer 40 Under 40 for winner in 2014. A native of Havana, Cuba, Arguelles was named president of Vectra after the merger.
