That crash landing this afternoon. This is the breton Bay Golf Course. Were being kept at a very far distance from the actual scene where the investigation is taking place, but this gives you an idea. We have photos, we do have video of the scene. This is a photo from baynet. Com, a reporter was able to get close to the wreckage when it happened. Also our chopper 4 was able to get some images of the scene from a distance. This is a black hawk helicopter that made a hard landing just before 2 00 this afternoon. We understand that there were three people on board this helicopter. One person was airlifted to the hospital. We dont have any update at this point on their conditions. If we can go ahead and show you the scene here as im speaking a little bit. If you look off in the distance, theres a helicopter thats continuing to circle around this area. Were not sure why, but were seeing other helicopters come through the area. This Surveillance Video from the wendys shows brooks firing the taser erratically at an officer chasing him, right there. Then the officer fired those fatal shots.
