you this, this is the huge problem. this is the storm. look at this feeder band. this bright yellow. is heavy rain. look at it just tracking, coming all the way up, right into eastern carolina. this is the area that s already had horrendous flooding from the new bern area, on the noos river. that area is locked in to this heavy band of rain. we call it training. when we get situations like this, the flash flooding concerns really kick in quickly. yes, i ve got to talk to somebody who s trapped in their house on the noos river and she says we feel like we re on the ocean. that s what happens when this type of flooding takes place. we re going to stay close to you. i want to take this back to stephanie in the studio. i want to go right now to nbc s ken dilanian who is outside the courthouse here in washington. ken it appears we know more
