Before i call the first item, i want to take a moment to recognize that we have had, unfortunately, 18 fatalities found in San Francisco this year on the streets. This is heartbreaking. Considering last year we were on the right track, and at this time last year the number of fatalities was six. What we are seeing, three times as many this year. I have said this before, were not just talking about crosswalks and so forth. Vision zero is about the safety of people. Many of our people are not safe, at this point, especially seeing a High Percentage of grandmothers being killed on our streets, and children and young people. This is not just a crisis in San Francisco.
