NASHUA, N.H. Mary Elizabeth Choppa, 60, died Monday, April 26, 2021, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua.
She was born Nov. 10, 1960, in Youngstown, daughter of the late Dominic S. and Elizabeth Ward Choppa.
She was a graduate of Ursuline High School in Youngstown, as well as Youngstown State University (M.A. in history). She worked as a management support analyst for Elliot Hospital in Manchester.
Mary was a gifted singer and musician who especially loved traditional Irish folk music. She enjoyed genealogy and ancestry research, traveling, especially to Ireland, Italy, National Parks and Disney, as well as animals and technology. She was a member of several genealogy groups including TIARA The Irish Ancestral Research Association, NERGC New England Regional Genealogical Consortium, FGS Federation of Genealogical Societies, and IGSI Irish Genealogical Society International.
