Decatur Police Chief, Mayor Issue Statement on Gun Violence in the City

Decatur Police Chief, Mayor Issue Statement on Gun Violence in the City Over the past year gun violence in Decatur between two gangs has increased and has resulted in property damage, injuries, and death.
