Tribal police say Powless-Brown is the suspect in a shooting incident that occurred on March 13, 2021 on the Menominee Indian Reservation. There is an active Federal Arrest Warrant for Powless-Brown’s apprehension in relation to this incident. Police say Powless-Brown is 6’1”, approximately 160 pounds and is 19 years old. Authorities say Powless-Brown is considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach him or attempt to apprehend.
