administration is trying to force negotiations which would mean a cease-fire now. and stop the fighting. while everyone wants to see an end to the fighting that is not in ukraine s interest. the facts are these. if we stop right now and went to a cease-fire advantage russia, why? they apply over 100,000 square of that millions of people underneath their control. more than what they had prior to february the 24th. they own the southern coast of ukraine pretty much all of it. and as a result of that they have land bridge to crimea they can cripple ukraine s economy and make them completely dependent on the united states in the eu and nato as a part of all of that. we cannot permit the status quo to maintain. what we have to do is help ukraine prevail.
