reminder, i want to play with the white house chief of staff reince priebus said on meet the press qu press back on february 19th. our legal counsel got a heads-up from sally yates that something wasn t adding up with his story. so then our legal department went into a review of the situation. the legal department came back and said that they didn t see anything wrong with what was actually said. greg miller, what are the chances that what sally yates says today contradicts both what reince priebus said there and other members of the administration said that were similar? i say highly likely. there are a lot of things sally yates can t discuss today because they remain classified, but i think a lot of people expect her to be fundamentally at odds with these characterizations from the white house, reince priebus and others that really minimize the warning that she provided. i mean, this was a serious step, the acting attorney general coming into the white house council and sayin
regarding mexico. if his name sounds familiar, it s the same judge that trump attacked for his handling of the trump university case. mr. trump claimed he could not be impartial because of his mexican heritage. mind you, he s from indiana. the lawsuit was settled. now, curiel, who was chosen randomly will preside over the case of juan manuel montes, despite claiming he was protected under daca. montes tried to sneak back into the u.s. on february 19th and he was caught by border patrol agents. his lawyers claim he was improperly deported one day earlier, but homeland security officials dispute that, insisting montes left the country without pre-authorization, therefore voiding his status. u.s. authorities are seeking the arrest of julian assange.
u.s. at age of 9 and filed for dhaka status in 2014 and then he gained a second daca protection status in 2016 that doesn t expire until 2018. here s where the dispute comes. on february 15th, his attorneys allege that montes bojorquez was hailing a cab in montana and was picked up by immigration. his wallet was somewhere else, in the car of a friend. after a few hours, he s taken to a deportation office and then gets deported to mexico. now, dhs says that none of this happened, that they to not have record of that pickup and that deportation. now, here is where both parties do agree. they do agree that montes bojorquez was picked up on february 19th and deported on february 20th, deported by immigration officials on february 20th. and so, we come back to this
