Lawson s Dry Hills group marketing manager Belinda Jackson said Vinyl in the Vines had received a “huge level of interest”, with more than 500 people ‘interested’ or ‘going’ to the event on its Facebook page. “People are excited about digging out their vinyl and swapping, buying or selling their collections, or just listening to some fantastic playlists. “We ll definitely be going ahead with the event, but its timing may be in question now . People can rest assured we will follow the rules that apply to each [alert] level. If that means a postponement, we will do that, until such a time that the Government dictates we can host it.”

Blenheim CBD is keeping busy and buzzing over the summer thanks to Summer Feast series of events. Savour in Marlborough is the latest to be included in the calendar, showcasing a selection of local food and beverages on Friday, February 12. To help offset the impact of Covid-19 on Marlborough’s economy and replace the cancellation of the Marlborough Wine and Food Festival, Feast Marlborough has co-ordinated a series of events during February and March.

This summer the Picton Foreshore will come alive with a
series of outdoor movie events. Accompanied by a feast to
tempt a range of taste buds and live entertainers to
compliment each film, this will be a movie night with a
difference.
As part of Feast Marlborough’s Summer
Feast initiative, and funded by Marlborough District
Council’s TEAM (The Economic Action Marlborough),
Marlborough Events Ltd is bringing a portable cinema screen
to Picton Foreshore. We will provide three free community
events on Picton’s iconic natural stage. Entertainment
