Ukraine’s SBU Security Service and the Prosecutor General's Office have collected evidence against two Russian citizens who organized the disconnection of Zaporizhzhya NPP from the unified Ukrainian grid, the SBU reported on Telegram on April 23.
Ukraine’s SBU Security Service served a notice of suspicion to archpriest of Shepetivka Diocese of Moscow Patriarchate church in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, who supported Russia’s war against Ukraine and incited religious hatred, SBU reported on April 22.
Ukraine’s SBU Security Service and the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) conducted searches at the residence of Dmytro Bulakh, head of the Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center, Ukrainian news outlet Hromadske reported on April 11, citing the SBI.
The SBU immediately dismissed the Russian demand as "pointless" and said the Russian ministry had "forgotten" that Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin was the subject of an international arrest warrant. A Russian Foreign Ministry statement listed violent incidents that have occurred in Russia since the Kremlin's forces invaded Ukraine in February 2022, including bombings that killed the daughter of a prominent nationalist and a war blogger, and an incident in which a writer was seriously hurt.
Russia’s foreign ministry said those to be handed over included SBU head Vasyl Maliuk, who has acknowledged his service was behind attacks on bridge linking Crimea to Russia.
