A South Boston-based developer plans up to 183 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in the former barracks that the Army abandoned more than two decades ago. We donât get much housing thatâs not single-family and very expensive. This offers an opportunity for young singles and young couples â starting out â to find a place to live in Fauquier County.
