Netizens condemn police brutality and call for officers responsible to be taken to task
The death of a 22-year-old student in Islamabad after police opened fire on his vehicle on the pretext of him not pulling over snowballed into a Twitter storm with calls for justice to be served.
Osama Satti, who was on his way back after dropping his friend to Shams Colony, was fired at by the capital city s Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) personnel.
The incident spread like wildfire on the micro-blogging site as micro-bloggers lashed out at the police brutality , as well as, demanding that those responsible be taken to taken.
