3 projects to look out for from community group IMO

Here are some upcoming projects from community group IMO. As part of the Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, Blackburn based IMO have announced face to face delivery to their Young Minds project. The aim of the project is to support the health and wellbeing of young people aged 11-13. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the mental health of young people leaving many feeling anxious, nervous and worried about the future. The project will educate the young people to be resilient and more aware of themselves and their surroundings. It will allow them to discuss their opinions and feelings in a non-judgmental and open environment, where they can feel safe and talk openly.
