KAMC News reports that Nathan Allen Webb began managing donations and paying bills at Christ the King in August of 2019. In March of 2021, Father John Ohlig had told the FBI that Webb had managed the Venmo and Paypal accounts for the church, and alerted them of the alleged embezzlement.
Ohlig said that Webb was embezzling thousands of dollars each month by making transfers from Christ The King s Venmo account into his own personal account. It s said Webb was in South America when some of these transfers were made.
