captain gibbs, a terrible tragedy. you don t just run into crowds of people. did she is there any sense of how this i mean, was she so intoxicated couldn t see a crowd. has she said anything at this point? no, she has not at this poin representation. she s made no statements to indicate why, why this occurred, why she did this. you say she s charged with dui. is that alcohol who drugs and is that the only thing she s charged with so far? yes. it is the only charge at this point. although there will be a discussion with the district attorney s office about additional charges. that s typical in cases involving a dui arrest and a fatality accident. there will be some discussion about further charges. captain gibbs, you say this is the first time this has happened in the 29 years you ve been there. especially when you hear that the youngest victim, a 2-year-old. it s hard to wrap your mind around. what about the other 44 victims,
u don t have any information about who they are at this this point or where where they are from. as you can imagine, this occurred, and they have been flown, taken for treatment, and we are still trying to gather all of the information. is the homecoming game still on? yes, ma am. we will go forward with the homecoming game today. [ inaudible question ] i actually don t know for sure. i just know that she was arrested and charged with dui and is currently in jail. what happened by oklahoma law anytime there is a serious injury, fatality accident, we make the arrest and do the testing. we won t know the outcome of that, those tests, for probably several days to come. she obviously was intoxica intoxicated? certainly probable cause for the arrest, yes, sir. had several units chris crossed on i-40. had a live truck have a power pole come down almost on top of them, lance and waleed as he tried to get to that fatality accident. it is incredible weather. folks need to remember, it is just water and wind causing this and heat. but it s just amazing that moore people hopefully aren t injured or killed. it is unfortunate we had the fatalities we did. we hope people learn from it, when we put out the warnings, there s a reason, and we mean it. hopefully the warnings worked and they heeded our advice. the inflow, guys, was amazing. inflow and outflow both. high velocity winds all over the place. this is kfor, the affiliate in oklahoma city, listening to storm chasers, sounding a little upset about what nearly happened
