Miso Salmon, Singapore’s first authentic Inaniwa Udon specialty restaurant, has officially unveiled its concept at Tanjong Pagar area.
It is found along Peck Seah Street, the same stretch as Whole Earth, Teppanyaki Hamburg Nihonbashi Keisuke Bettei, Itaewon Jjajang and Fat Prince – a short walking distance from Tanjong Pagart MRT Station.
This Japanese eatery offers quality yet affordable comfort food with casual vibes and ample space.
The menu revolves around Inaniwa Udon, one of the ‘Three Greatest Udon in Japan’. Inaniwa Udon was born in Inaniwa, Akita Prefecture, using a repeated kneading process. This makes the udon slender, smooth and chewy.

Located in CHIJMES, Casa (Spanish for ‘home’) is the culmination of Chef Remy Lefebvre’s 20-year long career. Underscoring his passion for contemporary wood fired cooking techniques, the stars at Casa are – in true Spanish Mediterranean style – the seafood and vegetables.
For lunch and dinner, Casa offers a four-course Discovery Menu ($118), six-course Experience Menu ($198), and an eight-course Carte Blanche Menu ($258). On weekends, expect a multi-course fiesta-style Brunch Menu ($198++) with champagne.

After several weeks of anxiousness, young Imperial Prince Yeong managed to recover ― without serious disfigurement or blindness ― from the visit of The Guest. On June 4, the palace gates were opened once again.
However, the malevolence still lurked about the palace and soon the young prince was stricken with another bout of sickness ― this time it was measles.
Once again, planned celebrations and audiences with foreign diplomats and guests were canceled. Court physicians were summoned and prayers were offered at various temples for the prince s speedy recovery. It was not cheap.
