Shortly after midnight, Police Responded to uncle sams liquor store. Officers are not saying what happened, but an altercation occurred leaving the suspect dead. The officer was not injured. As protocol he has been placed on administrative leave while that incident is being investigated by the Richmond Police and the district attorneys office.
