경기도는 부동산 투기 목적의 농지 구매를 막고 경작현황을 파악하기 위해 오는 11월 말까지 농지이용실태를 조사한다고 26일 밝혔다. 농지이용실태조사는 ‘농지 취득·소유 및 이용에 관한 실태조사’로서 취득한 농지를 취득 목적대로 이용하지 않을 경우 처분하기 위해 도입됐다.
조사 대상은 2011년 1월1일부터 올해 5월31일까지 최근 10년 이내 관외거주자가 취득(상속 또는 매매)한 농지와 농업법인이 소유한 농지(올해 5월 31일 기준)로 휴경 여부, 실제 경작인, 재배 작물 등 이용실태를 조사한다.
