Fox 17 reports that the Holland Farmers Market put out a news release saying that this year, they ll be happening the first and third Saturdays from January through April at the Eighth Street Market Place. With current COVID-19 restrictions, organizers couldn t hold the Winter Market in the Holland Civic Center Place like they did last year, so they moved the entire event outside.
