Jason Grant (pictured) was appointed to the £36,000-a-year role to talk to girls about periods and menopause by a Scottish college. But it was axed due to backlash and now he is taking legal action.
The controversial decision to hand the role of talking to women and girls about periods and the menopause to tobacco salesman turned macho personal trainer Jason Grant was slammed.
Mr Grant previously worked as an account manager with Imperial Tobacco, but underwent a change of career to become an entrepreneurial business owner as a fitness coach.
