Residents of Parlatuvier are being given assurances that the Parlatuvier Jetty will receive the necessary attention it desperately needs as soon as critical funds become available to make that happen.
Confirmation has come from the Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment (DIQE) in the Tobago House of Assembly (THA).
“DIQE is aware of the problems surrounding and assures residents and the wider public that plans have been in train to obtain the financing to treat with the issues affecting the fishermen of Parlatuvier and users of the jetty,” a release from the Division says.
