“Combative and aggressive” neighbors were “violent” and “belligerent” to city inspectors; 85-year-old Fargo homeowner alleges that these neighbors were stealing things from her former residence.
"This is news to me that they are tearing down my house," owner Jamie Swenson told The Forum. "They just want to get rid of this house; I just need time to get up there (to Fargo) and fix it."
