14 Neglected Animals Taken From Lebanon Home

14 Neglected Animals Taken From Lebanon Home LEBANON, Ind.  Police in Boone County removed 14 neglected dogs and cats from a home in Lebanon. On Monday, police learned that Faren Taylor and Devin Hodges had left their home, leaving behind multiple animals. Police on Wednesday searched the home and found seven dogs and seven cats. The accumulation of fecal matter and urine was such that police had to wear respirators while inside the home. Nearly all of the animals were found to be underweight or showing signs of illness. The animals were taken in by the Humane Society for Boone County. “Fourteen animals were provided with clean, safe environments as a result of this investigation, and I am hopeful that we will be able to provide a second chance to each and every one of them,” said Deputy Hannah Fisher, Animal Control Officer.
