Hooker Berry was crowned the 2023 Prix d'Amérique champion on Sunday afternoon (Jan. 29) at Hippodrome Paris-Vincennes in France, giving Jean-Michel Bazire his fifth victory in the Group 1 stakes event that carried a purse of €1,000,000 ($1.4 million CAD).
