rakers is involved with a group that helps people with unwanted homosexual attractions. he is the co-founder of the family research counsel which promotes the traditional family unit. in 2008 in florida george rakers served as an expert witness in a case to uphold the law banning gays and lesbians from adopting. he called gays a deviant segment of society. the state of florida paid him $120,000 for his testimony. attorney general bill mccull lum s office said he was recommended after an exhaustive search and because he had exceptional credentials. wayne is with truth wins out, a group that exposes hypocrisy in the anti-gay movement. he helped create anti-gay attitudes. it seems he doesn t think gay people shouldn t raise boys, they should rent boys. he is quite the hypocrite.
