Year a tire mechanic was killed and a customer also badly hurt by this blast. Jim smith has the latest from salem. Certainly, a very sad and strange story here at the Sears Auto Center in New Hampshire. A worker getting killed in a bizarre and terrible accident. The entire thing exploded. It was Early Saturday Morning when a customer was getting a large tire fixed at the Sears Auto Center at rocking him heart small and suddenly, the tower exploded killing the worker and badly injuring the customer. 911 callers were frantic. There are two patients in one is unconscious. How about the second patient. We are in route, by the way. I did see him move a little bit. A tire. What exploded . A tire. All New Hampshire. The customer, 23yearold adams role was airlifted to Boston Medical Center with a serious head injury.
