Introduction China-Pakistan Seed Industry Cooperation and Exchange Forum will focus on the business to business cooperation in the seed industry between China and Pakistan, with close attention being paid to crops that are of huge potential for China-Pakistan cooperation such as wheat, maize-soybean, cotton, rice, and sugar cane. Pakistani Constitution gives minorities their due rights: Minister - ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Minister for National Food Security Syed Fakhar Imam has said that the Pakistani Constitution gives minorities their due rights as opposed to India which treats its minorities as second-grade citizens. While speaking to the Minority of Youth KPK under the KPK Government Exposure Program on Monday, the minister quoted Article 25A of the constitution of Pakistan and said that according to it, education is a fundamental right in Pakistan. The minister pressed upon the need for quality education in Pakistan. He added that 20-25 million youth in Pakistan are dropouts before completing 10 years of education.

Fakhar Imam underlines importance of upscaling technology in agriculture sector March 9, 2021 ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Syed Fakhar Imam has said that Pakistan needs to upscale its technology to provide better products to small, medium, and large farmers for the betterment of the agricultural outcome of the Country. In his remarks at the 12th meeting of Subcommittee of the Special Committee on Agricultural Products held at the Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS) in Islamabad on Tuesday, the minister said that Pakistani farmers need to be achievers themselves rather than dependents on international help and it can only be done if agricultural products are produced for within Pakistan.
