On highway 4 since november, all of them gang related. Earlier the hercules mayor spoke about the gang violence. These are young men that that have no value for life. I would consider this a Public Safety issue. One city has taken an action on its own. Last week pittsburgh voted to spend 100,000 to install cameras on a stretch of whooi 4 in that city. Theres a special task force investigating the freeway violence. They believe its the work of several different gangs.
