Three people are facing charges of robbery and assault following investigation by the Hopkinsville Police Department into a disturbance on Fairview Drive.&n .
A 53-year-old transient man, a 60-year-old Tenasca, Wash. man and a 34-year-old Fernley man were arrested in the 400 block of Fairview Drive Wednesday for possession of a stolen vehicle, organized retail theft, conspiracy to commit fraud, and possession of heroin.
