Scott Fairlamb, who was identified by the FBI as a resident of the Stockholm section of Hardyston, is facing charges including assaulting a federal officer, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and carrying a dangerous weapon, according to the United States Attorney s Office. An arrest affidavit signed Thursday contains still images of video footage allegedly showing Fairlamb, sporting a beard and a brown camouflage jacket, among the Capitol rioters Jan. 6. Two images show the man identified as Fairlamb shoving an officer and punching him in the head, while another shows him standing on scaffolding on Capitol grounds.
