Fairfield, IA- A Judge has denied a motion to suppress evidence in the murder trial of a Fairfield teen. 17-year-olds Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale are charged in the 2021 murder of Fairfield Spanish teacher Nohema Graber. TV Station KTVO reports that attorneys for Miller had entered a second motion to suppress evidence, and a motion for a hearing to examine the legality of the search warrant. The judge on Friday, March 31st, denied both motions. As a result, Miller's trial will begin as scheduled on April 31st in Council Bluffs. Goodale, who will be a witness testifying against Miller, is scheduled to go to trial on May 15th in Scott County. The two are being tried separately, as adults.
