Craft, something that the drug cartels have been using a number of years now, but its not often that we get to see them in action and thats what im talking about right now with this video. The coast guard station in alameda just released this video of this bust that took place march 3rd. This was 300 miles northwest of panama. That is called a selfpropelled semi submersible. If you look underneath the water surface, you would see that it goes much deeper than it would appear. Inside was a fourman crew and 12,500 pounds of cocaine. The coast guard cutter was notified that was based here out of alameda. The coast guard crew arrested the smugglers. They were able to get the drugs safely off the craft. The value of those drugs on the street is around 200 million. The crew sank the semisubmersible. We just spoke with the Commanding Officer who is still out at sea capturing drug smugglers. A lot of this cloud cover in rain is heading in our direction. This will start coming in off the sacramento area and about late morning or early afternoon. Temperatures will not budge very much because everyone is under cloudy skies. This flow will probably be here until late saturday and will send in bands of clouds and moisture. The possibility for thunderstorms. 60s for most of us for the high temperature. Not much change from yesterday. We dont have much. We will start in the east bay. We are looking at a nice looking commute here in oakland. Westbound as you drive to the bay bridge has a little bit of a delay but not much for some of those cash lanes. Once you get onto the bridge it is a nice drive into San Francisco. Also we are looking at a commute on interstate 880 in oakland. That traffic continues to look very good with no major issues.
