A drone has crashed into Iceland s spewing Fagradalsfjall volcano, with its final spectacular moments being captured on video.
YouTuber Joey Helms was attempting to get a close-up view of the lava erupting from the volcano s crater, when he flew it a little too close to the action.
In the video posted online today, the drone approaches the volcano crater, angling in as it zooms over the bright lava flowing like a waterfall over the edge.
