Fadi Zeineh, a Washtenaw County teen, is facing a second felony murder charge after the recent death of a South Lyon father who had already lost his son in the same armed robbery in their home.
Zeineh, 19, was arraigned Friday on the charge, a few days after Stamper, 42, succumbed to the wounds he sustained the night of Dec. 30.
Zeineh allegedly broke into Stamper’s East Liberty Street home and shot and killed his son Dylan Stamper, 17. Kevin Stamper was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition at the time but died Jan. 26.
Zeineh faces 10 felony charges that include murder, armed robbery and felony firearms. It appears that an assault with intent to murder charge became the second felony murder charge.

A South Lyon man, who had been hospitalized since he was shot inside his home, has succumbed to his injuries.
43-year-old Kevin Stamper passed away Tuesday after being hospitalized in critical condition following the December 30th shooting that killed his 17-year-old son Dylan. South Lyon Police Chief Chris Sovik told WHMI the family made the difficult decision Monday evening to remove artificial life support, which happened this afternoon. He noted that Kevinâs body was fighting infection among other challenges. Sovik says an autopsy was performed this morning at the Oakland County Medical Examinerâs Office to determine cause of death and retrieve evidence, a bullet. He says theyâll discuss the death with the Oakland County Prosecutorâs Office and possibly amend charges against the two persons who are currently in custody.

Kevin Stamper, critically injured Dec. 30 by a gunman robbing his South Lyon home, surrendered Tuesday to his wounds.
Baaki said that he’s not aware of a homicide involving a firearm happening for at least three decades in the small Oakland County city. And this homicide took two lives: Kevin Stamper, 43, and his son Dylan, 17.
They both suffered gunshot wounds when armed robbers attacked their home the night of Dec. 30. Dylan died at his Liberty Street home. His father was taken to a local hospital in critical but stable condition.
Anthony Marshall Porter, a 27-year-old Ann Arbor man, was charged in connection to the armed robbery and shooting death of South Lyon teen Dylan Stamper.
Porter was arraigned Wednesday in Novi’s 52-1 District Court on three felony charges of armed robbery and three felony charges of possessing a firearm in the commission of the alleged crime.
Bond was denied, and Porter remains at the Oakland County Jail. Court documents explicitly say, even while behind bars, he is to have no contact with his co-defendant Fadi Zeineh and their victims.
In legal jargon, court officials said Porter did use his firearm for force, violence, assault or to instill fear during a “larceny of money and/or marijuana” the night of the crime.
South Lyon police have arrested at least four people because of the armed robbery that resulted in the death of 17-year-old Dylan Stamper, Chief Christopher Sovik confirmed Monday.
Sovik said that the four are in custody because of their roles in a Dec. 30 robbery that led to Dylan’s death in his East Liberty Street home.
His father, Kevin Stamper, 43, was critically injured but last known to be in stable condition.
Sovik said he plans to release more information on those arrested by Tuesday.
For now, there have been no apparent arraignments. Sovik declined to share details on the ages or possible charges for the others arrested.
