The Mehlville Board of Education voted unanimously April 14 to approve a bid for restroom upgrades and the installation of a secure entry vestibule at Oakville High School, part of Proposition S facility improvements. The board voted 7-0 to approve a $672,440 bid from Jackson Building Group, the lowest bid received out of the six.

The Mehlville Board of Education unanimously accepted a bid Nov. 17 to renovate HVAC systems at Rogers Elementary. The bid was the lowest the district received at $1.49 million from Integrated Facility Services. Director of Facilities Mike Gegg said the district has worked with IFS before on rooftop projects. The bid came in about $500,000.
