Shift and in San Francisco we are proud of the work around the issue of tolerance but we look at it as prevention. We dont want to be responding to issues once they happen so we work very hard to build relationships that are truly centered around individuality in the schools so to be proactive we build these strong communities. We have conversations about our communities. Our balance score cards at every one of our schools developed and revises every year has a component talking about a safety Healthy Community in it.
