HERNDON, VA Officers from the Herndon Police Department charged two men in connection with multiple crimes against a child that was known to them, according to the weekly crime report. It s not clear if there was one victim or more than one child involved.
In the first case, Herndon Police, in conjunction with the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, arrested Daniel Warren Clark. 43, of Manassas on Jan. 26, in the 10000 block of Barrington Park Circle in Manassas. They charged him with four felony counts of taking indecent liberties with child by a person in custodial or supervisory relationship against a juvenile victim that is known to him.
