Students, friend, family, this entire community are grieving loss of the 16 yearold student last night, dozens came out to a candle light vigil for minette zeka, a sophomore at Bensalem High School. She was killed wednesday morning as she was crossing bensalem boulevard and bridge water road. Police say her bus was subpoena on the road with its flashing lights on and its stop arm out when suv ran through, drove past the bus and hit zeka. She was rush to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver has not yet been identified but is also a teenager, an 18 yearold student at a Technical School in bensalem. The driver did stop on the scene and is cooperating with police but students and parents are questioning the the safety of this busy intersection. We know that the victim in this case is a woman in her 40s according to the neighbors in this area. And that it does appear she has died as a result from her injuries in this case. Police are continuing their work they tell us theyre not exactly sure yet at this point whether this woman died as a result of gunshot wounds or stab wounds but does it appear they are leaning toward the fact she was shot in this instance. They are still looking for the suspect in this case. Neighbors tell us they believe that it was 71 that this woman was living with perhaps a boyfriend he remains on the loose at this point.
