Attorney general eric holder made a major announcement that could change the country policy on minor drug offenses. The tone general said today this would not only free up prison space and also target major drug offenders. He announced a plan in which low level, nonvine drug offenders with affiliations to gangs or drug scale operations would not get severe prison time for manner to minimum sentences.
