The story was a cold front came through earlier this afternoon but the temperatures are 63 degrees. Mild st airport. Gusty wind. Often the colder air follows several hours behind the cold front. That is the story tonight. We have northwesterly winds and mild temperatures. Northwesterly winds at 10 Miles Per Hour in reagan. 15 in leesburg. 17 in hagerstown. Those wind speeds and the gusts on top of that will increase tonight at the same time the colder air moves in. So the shortterm through this evening we will slowly drop from the 60s through the 50s. Breaking news out here in concord. Were in front of the brenden theaters where just before 7 00 there were calls coming from inside the movie from the patrons calling police letting them know they had heard shots fired. We have now known from the Concord Police Information Officer who told us that it was a Security Guard on site that had shot a few rounds at another man who is now recovering at a hospital. He was shot possibly in a portion of his lower leg. But is suffering from nonlife threatening injuries is what weve been told by that public Information Officer. No other injuries reported. The guard is cooperating with police. Now detained for questioning to find out what led up to this violent altercation between these two people. We dont know if the man involved was a patron or if he had just smacked into the movie theater. We are trying to piece together what exactly led up to that situation in which the guard felt the need to shoot those few rounds at this person. In the meantim
